ANOTHER FORM OF WILL BY A LADY IN FAVOUR OF HUSBAND
I . ……….wife of aged about years, residing at ……….do hereby declare and revoke all my former wills and testamentary dispositions made by me and by this my last will made at ……….this day of ……….20……….devise and bequeath all my properties, including those more specifically described in the Schedule hereto, as under:
(1) I appoint my husband, Shri to be the sole of executor of this my last will.
(2) On my death, my executor will spend such amounts as he may deem fit for my funeral and other religious functions.
(3) I bequeath absolutely to my husband, Shri …………………. all the properties of which I may be owner of at the time of my death.
(4) If my husband, Shri does not survive me, I declare that the foregoing provisions shall not take effect and in lieu thereof I hereby direct as under:
