APPLICATION FOR A SUCCESSION CERTIFICATE UNDER THE INDIAN SUCCESSION ACT, 1925

Application for Succession certificate in the matter of……………………. under the Indian Succession Act, 1925. Sir,

The applicant herein most respectfully submits as under: —

1. That the said Shri……………………. son of………….. died on…………………….

2. That the said……………………. at the time of his death ordinarily resided at……………………. within the jurisdiction of this Hon’ble Court.

3. That the members of the family and other nearest relatives of the deceased are —

5. That there is no impediment under Section 370 or under any of the provisions of the Act or any other enactment to the grant of the certificate or to the validity thereof if it were granted.

PRAYER
