The abovenamed plaintiff most respectfully submits as under: —

1. That the contents of para 1 of the objection are correct and admitted.

2. That the contents of para 2 of the objection arc not correct and as such are denied. The fact is that the State Government of Assam has by Notification No. ……………….. dated……………….. published in the Official Gazette No………………… of the Year……………….. extended the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure to the Tribal Area concerned in this suit.
