The abovenamed plaintiff most respectfully submits as under: —
1. That the plaintiff sold printed books to the defendant on……………….. 19……………….. on credit worth Rs………………… on condition printed in the Bill itself handed over after getting it countersigned by the defendant to the defendant, that if payment of the bill is not made within fifteen days, interest at the rate of 18 per cent per annum will be charged on the price of the books aforesaid after expiry of fifteen days.
